From Ameri*Metrics

Disclaimer: I often overlay political parties and presidential terms not to imply causality, but to challenge the reflexive praise and blame people assign to presidents. The simplest truths emerge only when we stop looking for what we expect to see and start looking at what the data actually show.

About

Most beliefs are simply wrong. Facts are the greatest source of cognitive dissonance, which is why so many people retreat into the comfort of their echo chambers rather than confront evidence that contradicts their assumptions.

For an association between a cause and an effect to be casual, it must be supported by more than its mere appearance.

When the data are reviewed objectively, virtually all hyperbolic claims that something is the best or worst in our nation’s history collapse under scrutiny — not just falsified, but exposed as empty rhetoric masquerading as truth.

We all have gifts to share with the world -- gifts that have a positive and constructive impact. Some of my gifts include: analytics, research, and communication of facts.

Mission Statement

The purpose and mission of Ameri*Metrics is to educate and elevate the world electorate above the overwhelming and damaging partisan media, to unite us to celebrate both common beliefs and diversity, encourage us to appreciate and constructively resolve our differences, and inspire us to collaboratively conquer our threats, to achieve each of our full potentials and collectively thrive at the pinnacle of human excellence.

Your time is valuable -- I appreciate your choice to invest some of it here.

I'm just getting started -- there are dozens of research topics on my roadmap. This site is a work in progress-- please check back!
